This quarter's commentary follows up on last quarter's questions and recaps markets and the economy, including the Federal Reserve's September 17 rate increase and the rise in the 10-year Treasury yield. It also includes a Bitcoin network update. Most of the report looks at who pays for the AI buildout and what has to be true for it to pay off, covering power supply, revenue estimates, chip rents and commitments that don't show up as debt.
